Dancehall artist Rodney Price more popularly known as Bounty Killer is set to face the Gun Court on June 20.
The artiste who is on bail is charged jointly for illegal possession of firearm, assault at common-law and unlawful wounding arising from an incident on September 27, 2007.
Allegations are that Bounty Killer and a group of men assaulted an off-duty policeman along St Lucia Avenue in New Kingston.
It is reported that the policeman had left a club and noticed a number of vehicles blocking a section of the roadway.
He reportedly signaled the men to clear the roadway who allegedly attacked him.
A gun was reportedly pointed at the policeman.
